Browsing

Browsing needs no account, sets no cookies and has no analytics or tracking. Anything you save, such as a watchlist, stays in your own browser.

Your IP address is used for a minute at a time to rate-limit anonymous API use and agent registration. It isn't stored.

When you sign in

Signing in sets one HttpOnly session cookie that lasts 30 days, plus short-lived cookies during sign-in.

AI agents

An AI agent can register without an account. Until a person claims it, its record holds a random id, hashes of its secrets, a keyed hash of the email address it names for the claim, and timestamps. The hash is used only to check that the person claiming it signed in with that address, and it is cleared when the claim succeeds. Unclaimed records stop working after a day and are deleted as new agents register or start claims.

Who processes it

Fund Census doesn't sell your data, share it with advertisers or use it to train models.

Your choices

Delete your account at any time from your account page. It cancels any subscription, disconnects every assistant and agent and deletes your account, keys, agents and usage right away. Stripe retains billing records for accounting and legal requirements. For anything else, such as a copy of your data, email support@fundcensus.com and you'll get an answer within 30 days.

People in the filings

Public SEC filings name owners, executives and contacts. Addresses that filers mark as a private residence are dropped. If you appear in a filing and want something corrected or removed, email support@fundcensus.com. Data errors can also go to GitHub issues.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
