The service

Fund Census shows public regulatory filings as filed and processed by our pipeline. It can contain errors and it is not investment, legal or tax advice. Fund Census is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SEC. Check important facts against the source filing linked from every profile.

Accounts

The website is free. The MCP server and API keys need a free account with a daily allowance. AI agents can register without an account, but until a person claims them they get only anonymous API access; a claimed agent uses its claimer's allowance. Allowances are fair-use limits and may change with notice on this page. You're responsible for what happens under your account, your keys and the agents you claim, so keep them private.

Paid plans

If you buy a paid plan, Stripe bills it monthly or yearly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments aren't refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Use what you find in your own research, analysis and reports. Automated use must go through the API or the MCP server, within your allowance. Don't scrape the site, copy datasets in bulk, resell access, share keys or try to get around the limits. For bulk or commercial data needs, email support@fundcensus.com.

Fund Census is not a consumer reporting agency. Don't use it to decide anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing, or for any purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Names and logos

Firm names and logos belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify the firms.

No warranty

Fund Census is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Fund Census isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using the data. Total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Ending access

You can delete your account at any time. Accounts that break these terms can be suspended or closed.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Fund Census after that means you accept them.
